codeless slider not showing on mobile

  codeless slider not showing up on mobile view. I have made sure the settings are correct in <span style=”font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: 600;”>Remove Sliders from Mobile Phone View. </span>
  
  I have experimented with making various pages and none of them show the slider on the mobile.

  I sent my request for support 6 days ago now and still no response.
  
  I have been forced to remove your codeless slider and put in a slider that shows up.

  Sorry for the late reply. It wasn’t intentional.
  Codeless slider does not have any issue showing up in mobile. I tried the credentials you have set u=in your profile but this seems to be a different site.
  Can you please add the slider in a test page? Send us the link so we can give it a closer look.

  I couldn’t wait I’m afraid as I had to hand the site over. So used a revolution slider instead.
