what’s the best way to show videos on the website? By best I mean fastest:
– is it youtube using the media element?
– is it youtube embedded in a text box?
– is it the video uploaded on the website?
Also, the issue i see with youtube media element is that i can’t specify i want to show subtitles and more importantly once the video is over, the frame shows the following video – which i don’t want. Is there a way to use the media element in case it’s better in terms of speed of the website loading AND show subtitles and not show the following videos?
You can use a youtube video with the “Video Player” and “Media” elements of Visual Composer. These elements do not have any option to control video’s settings such as the caption display control and following actin after the video is over. These are youtube settings and so you need to customize them in your youtube channel.
Both elements are loaded very quickly.
