You have outdated versions of WordPress, theme and Woocommerce. There has been important changes since then. Please deactivate all third party plugins and then update theme to it’s latest version. Read theme’s online documentation for more information.
After this, proceed in updating Woocommerce.

The shop page is indeed a page. It will take the layout you have set up in General Options > Layout > Pages Default Layout. I edited it and set a sidebar to page’s (see screenshot).
Second step is to add the woocommerce widgets to “Sidebar Woocommerce” in Appearance > Widgets.
Lastly, i added this code into your custom css box:

.woocommerce .with_sidebar ul.products li.product, .woocommerce-page .with_sidebar ul.products li.product {
    width: 41% !important;
}

In file woocommerce/content-product.php i edited this line:

if ( 0 === ($woocommerce_loop['loop'] + 1) % $woocommerce_loop['columns'] ) {
	$classes[] = 'last';
}

To this:

if ( 0 === ($woocommerce_loop['loop'] - 1) % $woocommerce_loop['columns'] ) {
	$classes[] = 'last';
}

And i removed the custom css added in the last reply.
The products show in 3 columns now. Please check your site.

Please go to file css/woocommerce.css and find this line:

.woocommerce .with_sidebar ul.products li.product, .woocommerce-page .with_sidebar ul.products li.product {
   width: 30.8011350%;
}

Replace with this:

.woocommerce .with_sidebar ul.products li.product, .woocommerce-page .with_sidebar ul.products li.product
{
   /* width: 30.8011350%;*/
}

Only for the categories, it will show the products in 4 column. Sorry but this is a restriction of the plugin and for now this is all we can support.
Our developers team is looking into it and will include a fix in the next theme update.

The sidebar position is predefined from woocommerce product category templates. You can create specific template for specific category using taxonomy-product_cat.php template.

1-To remove the zoom please add this code into your custom css box:

.woocommerce #content div.product div.images {
    pointer-events: none;
}

2-To remove the overlay please add this code:

.woocommerce ul.products li.product:hover .overlay, .woocommerce-page ul.products li.product:hover .overlay {
   /* background: rgba(16, 184, 199, 0.02);*/
    display: none;
}

This line:/* background: rgba(16, 184, 199, 0.02);*/ is the color of overlay background. If you decide to keep it, just remove the display:none; and the comment brackets /*..*/. Change the color to your wish and save changes.

3-I don’t see any facebook plugin installed in your site. Only a text widget with a link to a facebook page. The link is functional. What plugin did you use before?

1-Remove the sort selecting drop-down by adding this custom css:

.select2-container.orderby {
    display: none;
}

2-That is the top header area. To change it’s height, please go to General Options > Header Options > Top Widgetized Area > Top Nav Height, edit the height here.

3-This is not possible for now using theme options. That’s because this is a woocommerce feature. Our developers are reviewing it and will include a change in the next theme update.

4-To change the related product number, i opened file functions-woocommerce.php and find these lines:

function woo_related_products_limit() {

  global $product;
    
    $limit = 4;

I edited limit value to 3 and saved changes. Please check your product page.

5-The product category page and single product are part of the included woocommerce plugin. They use the plugins templates. While the centered page header is a theme specific feature. To add this feature in products, requires coding that is not included in this support service.
You could do it your self or hire a developer to do it for you.

    margin-bottom: -35px !important;
}

This is the closest you can get. Please check your product page. If you increase the width more, it will put the last product in new row.

5-To remove just the breadcrumbs for these two pages, i added this code:

.single-product .breadcrumbss { display: none;}
.tax-product_cat .breadcrumbss { display: none;}

1-Translate the “RELATED PRODUCTS” from the .PO/.MO files located in the ‘lang’ folder. Or change it directly in file specular\woocommerce\single-product\related.php

2-Go to file \includes\view\blog\loop-second-style.php and find this line:
<li><i class="linecon-icon-calendar"></i><?php _e('On', 'codeless') ?> <?php echo get_the_date() ?></li>
Remove the <?php _e('On', 'codeless') ?> and save changes.

3-Add this code into your custom css box:

    opacity: 0 !important;
}
