I updated the Specular theme and the VC plugin today as instructed, and everything went well. However, the updates mixed up the layout and brought problems that I can’t find solution to.
For example, there is now a transparent strip between the footer and the last row element, displaying a slice of the slider photo. There is a turnaround to this, if I set the repeat to “no repeat” in the Codeless Slider section. But it does not really remove the problem, since when I do it, the strip becomes background color (in this case white), but it still remains. How to get rid of the transparent strip? Also, one of the sections (CC Fuengirola) here https://contral.com/yhteystiedot-ja-klinikat/ crunched into 50% of the original width after update. Why is that and what can I do? I would not want to switch VC on to modify that page, since I have noticed that whenever I do so, the Google Analytics event trackers I have installed there disappear and I have to switch back to classic mode and re-install the snippets. This is pretty frustrating, because whenever I do changes I have to do them in Classic mode always, and that is pretty laborours. Can you tell me a) how to fix the widht of the row back to full-width and b)is there something I can do about the GA trackers issue?
This is not a normal behavior. Did you perhaps made any changes to theme files? Do you have any third party plugins installed in your theme?
