I am trying to set up payments to be received through paypal. I had someone place an order and on the woo commerce theme its says that the order was received but when I look on the payola account, there is no money, transitions, and invoices. I checked the API and all of the information is correct (the information that is specific to my paypal account)
I called paypal and they said that it is a problem with the theme and/or woo commerce.
What should I do? I need this fixed ASAP.
Also, do I need a specific plug-in that allows me to take payments?
Woocommenrce is a third party plugin. It’s not developed from us. but however it does work well with theme and it does not have issues with Paypal.
Are you sure you have configured it correctly?
