When I click the rendered “add to cart” button, which was added from the visual composer, using the “product page” option, it reloads my page, which shoots me to the very top of my page. Is there a solution to stop this from happening?
Note that if I use the Woo Commerce ‘Add to cart’ option instead, the button simply adds to the shopping cart, the header is updated and the browser doesn’t reload (so the vertical scroll remains in the same place).
The “Product page” is a woocommerce element. It is added into your Visual Composer elements list after installing Woocommerce plugin. This is not edited out from theme. So this is the element default behavior. To change it you need to edit Woocommerce files.
Sorry but this is a customization not included in support service. However i will notify our developers so we can add it in the to-do-list for future updates.
