Cart page in theme not changing

  Hello,
  
  I am using Tower version 1.9. I have changed the default cart page in the WooCommerce settings. But the link for the cart in the header_tools (the little cart icon) won’t change no matter what I set the WooCommerce Cart page to.

  In the new cart and checkout pages, please make sure to have added the “cart” and “checkout” woocommerce elements of Visual Composer.
