prevent jump on sticky nav

  When the sticky nav is switched on, as you scroll down and the nav re-appears, there is a ‘jump’ up as the content adjusts. Is there a way to prevent this?

  I am using Tower 1.9.

  When you scroll down, when the sticky nav appears the content jumps slightly.

  Hello,
  
  Sorry but i don’t see any jump of the content. I opened several times the site, scrolling up and down. The sticky header is showing up smoothly and the same it goes back to it’s place when on top of the page.
  No jump happened as far as i checked.

  I am doing one mouse-wheel click at a time. On the 5th the sticky shows and the content jumps up.
