Hello,
I was late for updating the the theme and i have found that I cannot even access to my wp-admin from my domain.
I have checked the domain, hosting, etc.. all in place but i cannot access. I have read that sometimes the new update in template can cause that.
Any help?
Thanks

Hello,
The new update does not cause that. It is tested multiple times and as you can see in the change log (https://themeforest.net/item/specular-responsive-multipurpose-business-theme/9412083?s_rank=2) there isn’t any file that can cause that.
However, this is a more of a wordpress installation issue. The wp-admin folder is a wordpress folder and it’s not affected from themes. You may have some corrupted files or a corrupted database table causing it. I suggest you first go to your wp-content/plugins and rename all existing plugins. Some times this is caused due to a conflicting plugin. By renaming them you automatically disable them.
If the issue persists, then update wordpress files, make sure you do have all necessary access rights on it. Then check your database. perform a database table optimization. Contact your host regarding it.Please read these useful articles regarding this type of issue:

Thanks.
It was a plugin issue. I deactivated them and I was able to get in, but now I cannot install them back *the required ones to make the web site function properly as Bakery visual, etc.
Could you help me to understand why I cannot install them?
thanks

Hello,
I need more information on this. What message are you getting? Any way it looks like the plugin that caused the first issue may have affected theme scripts. I suggest you to disable all third party plugins, delete theme plugins and update theme. Then proceed in installing required plugins from WordPress dashboard jsut like you did the first time.
Let us know.Regards!
