Dummy data not importing

  I have spent hours on the phone with hostgator my hosting company and I have spent many hours installing, deleting and reinstalling, trying different domains and I can not get the dummy data to install. I am trying to install the Parallax demo data but the data is not being downloaded. No pages, no menus, no widgets. It does not matter how try to upload the data. Please login and upload the parallax demo data for me. That is all I am trying to do.

  Please know that the demo you have chosen does not have many pages. In fact it is build from one page only. You already have that imported in your site.
  If you want more pages, then you have to import some other demo that consist of more pages.
  Also i was not able to login to ftp with these credentials. Let us know if you need further assistance.

  The issue you have is: wp_remote_get() failed. This is needed to get information from remote servers. Contact your hosting provider. Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 2000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
  
  So the demo images can be downloaded and demo can’t be installed normally.
