By default there is only one response box. So the success/failure message should display just once. If you have any other plugin installed that changes the default form of the contact form, then it is up to you to customize it.
Support does not include personal customization. Let us know.
I can live with the response box being shown correctly at the bottom. But just to be clear, contact form 7 supports multiple response boxes out of the box without any other plugins. There is an example on their page: https://contactform7.com/locating-response-message-box-anywhere/
