I would like my website to look like the default template on Specular. How can I do this?

I have attempted to read through the instructions, which mentions the Import/Export (Dummy Data) tab. However, when on this tab I do not understand what the next stage is.

Please can you shed some light on how I can import the ‘default’ template?
