<span style=”color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Raleway; font-size: 14px;”>Hi, I have purchased this theme and like it a lot. I have an issue. I use this theme for our company website and the frontend editor of Visual composer doesn’t load. The screen only keeps showing only parts of the page. I have deleted the plugin and bought Visual Composer as well without success. I have also disabled every plugin, but my frontend editor of Visual composer doesn’t work. I am not a web designer per se so I really need that feature. Can you help me ?</span><br style=”box-sizing: border-box; color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Raleway; font-size: 14px;” /><span style=”color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Raleway; font-size: 14px;”>Thanks</span>

      Hello,

What version of the theme are you running? Can you open the Visual Composer from the backend? See screenshot.
Please send us your wp credentials in a private reply. So we can check it out.

      Best regards!

      Hello,

Do you have any third party plugin installed? Please disable them all and try again. Front-end does not have any issue from our side. I am not able to check your admin panel as it says “This has been disabled”.
      See screenshot.
      Let us know.

      Best regards!

      Hello,

I logged in with the second password. I checked your site and the visual composer really is not working in front-end. I created the same situation on our side but this does not happen. So it is wordpress incompatibility with the latest VC, issue.
I see you have many third party plugins installed. One of them may have affected VC files. Even if you disable them all, the VC still does not work. So i suggest you remove(save a backup of plugin files in case you have made changes to them), the current Visual Composer files and install a fresh copy of it.

Sometimes when you install new plugins, they may change some scripts of theme or other plugins running. This will not change back even if you disable or remove completely the culprit plugin. So the best solution is to overwrite the damaged plugin’s files once again.
Read this article to know how to update Visual Composer from theme.
Let us know how it goes, so we can keep track of this issue.

      Best regards!

      Hello,

      Yes, you are right.
WP Bakery is not yet fully compatible with PHP7. This is out of our reach so we can not help you with that as this is a plugin with different authors. I suggest you reverse back to PHP 5.6 in order for the front-end to work ok. Or keep this version and edit page only from back-end editor.

      Best regards!
