You have to change it with custom css. Add the code into your custom css box. If you need help with it, then please enable the credentials in your profile data. I can not see the menu right now.

I added this code itno your custom css box in General Options:

.overlay_menu ul li a:hover { color: #ebebeb !important;}
.header_5 nav li.current-menu-item > a { color: #ebebeb !important;}

It changes the color of menu items on mouse over and when in focus, to white. Change the color to your wish.

Please add this code into your custom css box, to change the font size and color of contact form, recent news and list items:

    font-size: 16px !important;
}
.recent_news a {
    font-size: 18px !important;
    color: black !important;
}
.list li.simple {
    color: #021d36 !important;
    font-size: 18px !important;
    font-weight: 400 !important;
}

Change the values to your wish.
