You had not added pages to the mega menu columns. I added some pages just to show you the structure of it. Please check it now.
The mega menu is build in three layers: The menu item (Group) ->the columns(Services,Clients,Facilities) ->the pages (About Us, Contact Us, proj ..etc).
You had added up to the columns, not the pages.

That’s not possible. The mega menu structure contains columns too, and you can not add directly pages without adding columns titles before.
