I noticed on the blog, there are two H1 tags declared. How can I remove the hyperlinked one below the featured image (example)?

I do not wish to hide this via CSS. Rather, I would like to remove it from the template file. I assumed it would be under /includes/view/blog, but my adjustment did not seem to make any change.
