You had some syntax errors in the Custom css box that’s why the css was not effective. However, the theme you are using is of a very old version. Many important changes has been done to it ever since.
Please update theme (latest version 2.3.3) first. Also install some caching plugin.

Hello,

I removed the additional custom css i gave you previously. I removed also the header height value(80px) in General Options > Header Options > Header Height.
I cleaned cache and refreshed the page several times and in chrome incognito mode and the menu is displaying ok all the time. Please check your site and let us know.
