I am currently using the tower -business revolution theme. I am facing a problem in the widgets page., when i click on the widgets through the dashboard i am getting the internal server error.
Can anyone suggest me how to overcome this problem?
As the error message says, this is a server error. You need to contact your host regarding it.
I can suggest disabling all plugins first. If you can’t from the wordpress dashboard, then go to your wp-content/plugins folder using a ftp account and rename all plugins folders. This will deactivate them in an instant. Try accessing widgets again. If the issue is gone, then activate plugins one at a time until you find the culprit.
If the issue persists, contact your host provider.
