You can do this with Contact Form 7. Create a new form with mail and button. Add it directly into the builder with the Contact Form Element.

Hello I want them to be able to subscribe to the WordPress blog. Any other options other than using Contact Form 7? I really hate Contact Form 7? I use Nex Forms but you are working on its compatibility with the theme.
I will fix the compatibility today and release a new update of the theme.
