Just fixed first two points. Team position is not connected with categories. You need to install the required plyugin CUstomize Posts and then you can edit team position directly on page builder.

3) You can’t install customize posts because the folder of plugins doesn’t have the right permissions. Can you please give me an FTP account so I can fix it?

4) Where do you want the script (HTML element) be placed?

5) You can easily place the logo in footer using the Media Widget. But first, you need to update to WordPress 4.8.

Replace line 77 with:
echo '<li class="slack"><a href="'.esc_url($slack).'"><i class="cl-icon-slack"></i></a></li>';
