Can't install Creative Agency theme

  Hi, I have two problems.
  
  1) I can’t register my download. When I enter my credentials it says object object.
  
  2) I can’t install the creative agency theme. When I try the installer gets stuck at around 80% (see attached screenshot).
  
  I need to install this ASAP.

  Hello,
  
  Please, can you send me your credentials please, so I can understand why the installation failed on your host configuration? Another reason is activated plugins that can create any conflict.
  
  Please send me your wp credentials.

  Can you fix it on your end. I need this solved today otherwise I’m going to buy another theme and get a refund.
  
  I shouldn’t have these problems and my website is sitting there unfinished after installing this theme for days ago.
