I am building a website using your Tower template and, in particular, the Floating Sidebar template for each portfolio.
As long as the description is short, i.e. does not exceed the overall height of the images, it works fine but when the description is long and it exceeds the overall height of the images it is not shown entirely: it keeps on scrolling and it is never possibile to read it entirely.
Here is a screenshot:
This problem appears on larger screens (desktop) and not on mobile devices when the description is moved below the images and will not scroll.
How can I fix it?
Thank you and kind regards,
Paolo

P.S.: I see that my support period has expired but I have used the credentials of my first project built with Tower.
I have bought a second licence and I have tried to register but do not receive the password for the new account.
I can supply the new purchase code on a separate e-mail, if required.

Hello,
Can you send us the email used to register the new account? We can send a new password for you to use.
The floating sidebar default style is to always keep the top-left position of the description text in the start point of your screen. No matter how much you change it(this position) by scrolling up and down.
Normally when the description text is too long, it will exceed the screen height. In such case we recomend to switch to a normal, fixed sidebar.
sorry but changing the functionality of floating sidebar is a customization not included in support. You are free to make the changes you want, yourself. Just make sure to save a copy of edited files in case of future theme updates.Let us know.
Best regards!
