Help with editing titles (tools and menu)

  There is some way to edit the word “search” at the search function of tools? I need to change the title in this page to another language; Also I need to know if I can change the background color of the search page.
  
  In menu categories at portfolio section, I need to change/translate the word “all” to other language. How can I do this?

  All of them can be changed using a translator plugin. A popular one like WPML or a free plugin like qTranslate.
  
  You need to create a new language file for this.
