What theme version do you have? Please make sure first to always have the latest theme version and that you have enough memory limit to perform the dummy data import. Ask your host to guide you with it. Then deactivate every third party plugin and try again.

I see that you have made some changes on the site. Re-installing your demo data it won’t delete the existing pages and posts, it will only overwrite the customize options, widgets and menus. Do you want us to proceed?
Please contact your host and ask them to allocate more memory. The dummy data import is taking longer than expected and causing some of the data not being imported on time.

I disabled the Importer Plugin and the import process was finished with success. Please check your site. The dummy data is imported. You can proceed in editing it now to your needs.
