Please go to the page’s options. In the top-right corner you have the “Screen Options” button. Open it and in the list of checkbox, check the “Discussion” and “Comments” options. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/pu9jhdozt/
Then scroll down the page and you will see the comments section. Uncheck the boxes and save changes. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/jx5w40rbp/
This is a wordpress default option, so you will have to do this for every page you see the comment section on.
