Widget Flickr

  I use the ‘Specular widget Flickr’ in the website footer column4 (just like the specular default). See: http://www.proint.nl
  
  Is it possible to start this widget (after a click) in a new page?

  I am sorry but this is not possible. The widget main code is external and it can not be edited.
