Hi there I have a few problems with my website.
– The contact form is not working. I get an error each time I try to send something. How can I make this work?
– On my homepage the titles ‘link’ me to the homepage. Even if I tried to get rid of the ‘#’ it still is linking me to my homepage. I would like it not to link anywhere so you can’t click it. How do I change this?
– I want my site to be in Dutch and I changed the language. Somehow when I go to my posts, I still see some English words like ‘archive’ en ‘recent posts’. I want these to be dutch. How do I change that?
– There is no www. in front of my domeinname. How do I get this there?Thank you for the help!

Hello,
– I just tested the contact form, it works fine, the email was sent.
– Please can you be more clear? What links are you talking about?
– Please can you show us your page url where these words display? I will check the theme files if they can be translated, and add them at .po file if not.
– The “www” part is not really a standard. It’s a tradition. It’s up to the webmaster/sysadmin to make it work. Just because most sites have enabled both ways (with www and without www), doesn’t mean that they have to.The part of the URL before the domain name (the www. in this example) is normally interpreted as the logical name of the computer on that domain’s network that is required (so you might have a server which calls itself ‘www’, one which calls itself ‘mail’, etc.).
If you don’t specify a specific domain resource then the default is used, and normally that’s set up to be www, but some network admins won’t have set this up for whatever reason and so you must enter the www explicitly to get to that resource.
Best regards!

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
1-The “WP-Mail-SMTP” plugin is conflicting with Contact Form 7. I deactivated it and now the contact form in the test page is working fine.
To style the red/green lines, i added this css into your custom css box:div.wpcf7-mail-sent-ok { max-height: 50px !important; margin-top: 96% !important; } div.wpcf7-validation-errors { max-height: 50px !important; margin-top: 98% !important; } div.wpcf7-mail-sent-ng { max-height: 50px !important; margin-top: 96% !important; }
This is the result now: https://postimg.org/image/bbfpdvh5x/
2-You have many third party plugins installed that are conflicting with theme’s and Visual Composer scripts. As you can see, in a page you do not have the visual composer Front-end and back-end buttons displayed. Even though the plugin is active. Also the visual composer elements are showing as code, not as elements with options.
I deactivated some of them and finally the back-end is normal. I removed the link of the services icons in home page. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/tuyl59q5h/
Activate plugins one at a time to find the culprit that is conflicting with Visual Composer plugin.3-You can change the “archive” and “recent posts” in Appearances > Widgets. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/8ronxiizp/
Let us know if you need further help.
Best regards!

Hi there,
Thank you very much for your reply! Number 1 and 3 helped me a lot and those problems are solved. But with the 2nd one I mean that I don’t want them to link to anything, also I don’t wat to be able to click them or turn blue when I scroll over them. Right now when I delete the links it still happens.
Thank you!
Have a great day! -
Hello,
I added this code into your custom css to completely remove the hover effect on services titles:
.services_medium.style_2 h4 { pointer-events: none; }
Please clear cache and refresh page.
Best regards!

Hello,
The css to remove the links target’s the icon services because you where referring to them before. To remove the other services links as well, i added this code into your custom css box:
.services_small h4 { pointer-events: none; }
-That is the form of contact form data you have configured in the Contact form options (screenshot).
Is this not what you wanted?
Did you fill in all fields of the form before making this test?
Let us know.Best regards!

Hi there,
Thank you very much!! That works perfect!
The problem I am having with the contact form is that if someone fills in a message I only get to see [bericht], what did I do wrong?Have a great day!

Hello,
The problem was one letter!
In the Contact form > Form the “bericht” shortcode is in capital letter, while in the Mail, is in lowercase. This made it unrecognizable as a shortcode and displayed it as simple text in the email template.
See screenshots:

I fixed it now and already made a test with another test contact form 2 (already deleted). You can check yourself.Best regards!
