Menu not showing unless page is scrolled

  I’ve purchased Folie and generated a website for a client, but the menu doesn’t show – it is there but whited out – unless the page is scrolled down far enough that it pops down from the top of the screen. This doesn’t happen at all on pages where there isn’t enough length to scroll the header off the screen.
  
  Is there any way to fix this, or at least set the header so it never scrolls?

  I also see odd behaviour sometimes where the header row “sticks” below where it should, obscuring some of the page.

  Sorry, this is a problem from our part. When page animation is active and sticky header is active there is a problem with header positioning. We will fix this issue asap. Please can you use the theme for the moment without page transition animation. At the moment the website it is ok.
