I received the email and replied to it with my activation  code information twice now,  and then never heard back or had it removed from the database so it could be used.

Its been over a month!   I want to have the theme being able to be activated!

We are so sorry for the delay. Please check your email, i have personally replied. The code is removed and you can activate it again. But as already mentioned above:
You can move the site in another server and keep working with it. Just go to the page’s “Customize Page & Options”. No need to activate it immediately.
