Portfolio Page 404 Error Message

  When I create a portfolio page I get a 404 Not Found error message.
  
  The live website is https://planforaction.com
  
  The portfolio items appear on multiple pages. This is an example: https://planforaction.com/projects/strategic-planning/
  
  Whether I go choose one of the portfolio items via the above page (for example, https://planforaction.com/portfolio/town-of-addison-texas/) or create a new portfolio item through the WP dashboard, I get the same 404 Not Found error message.
  
  Please advise!
  
  Please note that I have purchased additional support per today, Sept 7, 2017.

  Hello,
  
  Please reset permalinks first. Go to Settings > Permalinks, set then to default -> save, and then to your custom form again.
  Clear cache and refresh pages.
  Let us know if the issue persists.
