Specular theme submenu titles showing while loading main page

  Hello!
  
  I am using Specular – Responsive Multi-Purpose Business Theme.
  The problem is – when my site (https://www.ticdistribution.com/) is loading then the submenu titles (from “Brands” menu) seems to appear for a short period of time while the main page is loading. I have added picture here: https://ibb.co/eHzRG5 or
  
  Please help me to fix this problem.

  There is nothing wrong with theme. It looks like your site loads a little late the styling scripts. I suggest you deactivate all caching plugins first. Clear cache and try again.
