We purchased template from theme forest. Our query is can we use the template for different domains or will that require us to purchase separate license ? Please advise.

Yes, you need a new license. One licence can be used for only one website/domain.

Follow-up question. Can I install on one domain as a demonstration, then uninstall and install on a different domain?
