The current logo (and default one) is a font logo. Are you sure you have changed the logo from font, to image correctly? Please check again at Header > Logo Make sure you have selected image logo from the drop-down. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/8u2aci97zf/

I see the background image in home (first slide) is custom (not demo’s). Do you still have issue changing it?

To make show up in first slide of home page as well, add this code into your custom css box:

.header_container.cl-header-light #logo .dark {
    display: block !important;
    visibility: visible !important;
}

Do you have any cache plugin installed? It could be that the changes made, took some time to show up. This happens sometime with different servers. They take a bit to reflect all changes made.
In the future i suggest you clear cache and hard refresh a page after making the changes. In order for them to be loaded faster.

Sorry for the late reply.
The first slide background had the same colors as the logo. That why it was not visible. I fixed it with a bit of custom css the time of the last reply.
