Revolution Slider & Layer Slider Plugins not uploading

  Hi, I can’t upload the Revolution Slider plugin .zip file nor the Layer slider plugin. Everytime I try WordPress tells me:
  
  – <span style=”background-color: #f1f1f1; color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;”>Destination folder already exists. /home/content/a2pewpnaspod04_data02/72/41365472/html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/</span>
  
  (but I can’t find it anywhere among the plugins)
  
  and this is the message I get when trying to install the Layer Slider plugin: <span style=”background-color: #f1f1f1; color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;”>The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.</span>

  Please go to your wp-content/plugins folder in your server and make sure there is no Revolution slider folder already present. If there is, delete it or rename it.
  The sliders zip files are located in extra_plugins folder, inside the main theme folder you downloaded from Envato.

  You can install them normally from the Plugins > Add New menu in wordpress dashboard.

  Thanks for your help. I now see the LayerSlider plugin on the sidebar. However, every since yesterday evening (4pm EST), I wasn’t able to go to the “customization page”. I always get stuck on the page that says “Hey! Welcome to Codeless Builder”! I called GoDaddy, the hosting company, and they ruled out server as an issue. They said it’s most likely related to one of the plugins of the theme. Could you please look into this for me?

  I also want to specify that it’s not an Internet issue nor browser issue because I can go on other websites without any problems, and when I use a different browser to customize the theme, I’m also stuck on that web page that says “Hey! Welcome to Codeless Builder”.

  I’ve read other people’s messages complaining about the theme not loading properly. I’ve been having a lot of trouble working with Codeless Builder. Purchasing this theme was supposed to make my job easier and more effective but instead I’ve been encountering problems after problems and won’t be able to meet my deadline because of your theme! At this point I want my money back and purchase another theme! I’ve been working on WordPress for years, with different themes, and never had that many issues!

  The problem is caused by external plugins that can conflict. You have also to download the latest version 1.2.1 of the theme with the Codeless Builder 1.2.1.

  I checked your site and the theme is no longer installed. What version of it did you have installed? Please make sure to have the latest version online. The Builder plugin needs to be updated after theme as well. You have to have both theme and Codeless Builder plugins at their latest versions, that is 1.2.1.
  We have tested it multiple times and there are no issues.

  Hello,
  
  The plugin is included within the theme you don’t need to purchase it. You will find the Revolution Slider into the folder called extra_plugins. You can upload it without any problem.
  
  If you can’t upload through the WordPress Dashboard, try to unzip the revslider.zip file and the revslider folder have to uploaded through ftp into the folder wp-content/plugins/
  
  After that you have to activate the plugin into WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Activate Revolution Slider.
