After entering an email address and the purchase code I get an error message “[object] [Object]”.
I posted this question before, but can’t find my ticket anywhere. So far, this seems like a very bad support system.

You can use the theme without activating. Maybe you have activated it one time, and it doesn’t allow to register again. It’s OK to use it this way.
