Full page width and blocked content

  It seems to be very hard to change rows/elements from full width to blocked. How do I do this?
  
  I want to have a full-width (pre-)header with a blocked menu, a full-width hero image with a blocked intro-text and two buttons, and a full-width footer with 4 blocked widgets. All the other content should be blocked.

  Hello,
  
  To open the options of every element, you need to click on the element. To change the row layout from fullwidth to boxed, please go to Row settings > General > Type, and select the “Into container” option.
