When I make a row transparent, it is hidden by the slider and does not appear in front of it. I am using layer slider. As an example you can look at this un published page:

This has been solved. The row must be in “full width background” or “full with content” mode, it will display behind slide when “in container” mode.

Is there a way to have the transparent row in front of slider when choosing, “in container” setting for the row? My elements seems to scale down much better to mobile when in container but the setting puts the row behind the slider.

Sorry for the late reply in this. The topic was assigned as resolved so it was not checked again.
Sure you can control which row gets above. I added some custom css to give the second row more priority in displaying when the “In Container” option is selected. Please check out this screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/58t46dai3/
