Can you please tell me how to include a comma in the counters? Thank you.

Hello,
Please go to file js/animations.js and find this block of code:
od = new Odometer({ el: $count[0], format: '', theme: 'minimal', duration: $count.data('duration') });
edit format to this:
format: '(ddd),dd',
Let us know.
Best regards!

I have a number 2,440,000 on my site. Sometimes it displays the comma, but they almost never show after a screen refresh or visiting the page for a second time. Changing the format to <span style=”background-color: #f9f9f9; color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Inconsolata, Consolas, Monaco, ‘Lucida Console’, monospace; font-size: 15px;”>format: ‘(ddd),dd’,</span>
Changed the number to 2,44. It also changed a number with a decimal from 12.8 to 12,8
This number is correct 2,440,000 using the default format. However, the commas never show after a refresh or visiting the page for a second time.

Hello,
The two files that define the odometer format are js/animation.js and js/odometer.min.js. The supported formats are as listed below:
Format - Example (,ddd) - 12,345,678 (,ddd).dd - 12,345,678.09 (.ddd),dd - 12.345.678,09 ( ddd),dd - 12 345 678,09 d - 12345678
The format you need is this:
(,ddd) - 12,345,678
. Make this change as explained in the last reply. Just keep in mind to clear cache and let the server the time to reflect your changes.Best regards!

Unfortunately, it’s still not working reliably. Commas might show up the first time the page loads, but then not on re-loads. The decimal in 12.8 also changes to 13 when this happens.
I reverted back to the original .js since I get the same thing with each .js file

Hello,
There is no reason for it not to work. Do you perhaps have any caching plugin installed? If you want we can give it a look. But i will need the ftp credentials to make the changes to the js/animations.js file.
Let us know.Best regards!
