  In the Media Library says <span style=”color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: center; background-color: #f1f1f1;”>Maximum upload file size: 8 MB.</span>
  
  Mine video is more, is there any solution?

  This is a customization you should do to the WordPress core files. Like php.ini or using the .htaccess file. Please read this related article to help you with it:

  Hello,
  
  This is wordpress related customization. If you can not edit the WP files to achieve what you need, than just upload the video manually into your server using a ftp account or cpanel. Then copy the url of it in the “Video link” option of your Video Player Settigns.
