Custom link on images not working

  Hi there,
  
  I’ve added custom links to my media on Handel theme but none of them is working. You can open https://tvornicaklikova.hr/idra/ and try to click any logo. I’ve also tried to add hover and custom link but then it opens image itself.
  
  How to solve this? Is there any other thing I need to click besides custom link field?

  Please go to file wp-content\themes\handel\includes\codeless_builder\shortcodes\cl_media.php using a ftp account or your cpanel account. Replace all code with the given here: https://codeshare.io/5vPjYk
