Fine-tuning the menu

  I currently have the following custom CSS:
  
  @media (min-width: 1024px){
  
  nav .menu > li {
  
  padding-right: 10px !important;
  
  padding-left: 10px !important;
  
  }
  
  }
  
  @media (max-width: 480px){
  
  .header_button {
  
  display: block !important;
  
  margin-right: -85px !important;}
  
  #logo { left: -45% !important;}
  
  }
  
  Can you help me get my menu to switch from desktop to tablet/mobile at 1100px?
  
  Also, at 676px, my button disappears, then reappears at 480px. Can you help me with the CSS to make sure the button displays on all layouts?
