Content still goes missing sometimes when updating pages

  I updated the theme and reinstalled the codeless editor. It seems to be working better than before now. However, I still find an important issue:
  
  There are still times when text goes missing from my content, regardless of the content block (list, text, etc.), when I update some other content block… It is less frequent but nonetheless it has given me a bit of trouble. Can you please check it in depth please?

  I also installed today’s update (Nov 29) and the content still goes missing…
  
  ALSO…
  
  I am trying to setup files to be downloaded within the site (using the download manager included) and when I attach the shortcode for the download and update the pages, the download icon is not shown in the updated page… when I edit the page I can see that the shortcode is there, but while going into the live page it is not showing… what can it be?

  I do it from the downloads page from ThemeForest… this is the way to do it, right?

  Yes, that’s correct. There you can get the latest theme files, every time you need it. But i meant the page where you have the download buttons in your site. As you wrote “I am trying to setup files to be downloaded within the site“. Can you send us the page where are you trying this?

  You’ll see the area in the bottom right area (“Brochure”).
  
  I removed the shortcode because it messed up with the layout…

  The downloads element is a widget. You can only add it as a widget. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/5sz59shln/
  That’s why it’s not working in your page.
