Widget Titles – heading tags

  Hi,
  
  I need to remove/change the heading tag from the Social widget title (h5) on the footer and the heading tag from the comment reply title (h3).
  
  Where can I find this widgets args (before and after title)?

  The social widgets are set up in file \includes\widgets\codeless_socialwidget.php. Can i please see a link of your site?
