Wow. I guess you are really against cut and paste! I have tried three times to post this, and no matter what I do, all the code appears as well. I will just retype everything.
I tried to send this message on March 31 via email. I got an error message saying Google couldn’t connect with your server.
Hello. I bought your theme for a client last week and just installed it today, along with the required plug-ins.
After I installed WP Bakery Visual Composer, I got a message that says:
There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer Available. View version 4.4.3 details. Download new version from CodeCanyon.
So I clicked on the link to download. They’re asking me to pay $30 for this plug-in.
Are you telling me that in order for the theme to work, I will have to pay another $30 for a plug-in after already spending $50 for the theme?
Please respond ASAP. If your answer is Yes, I need to ask my client if she wants to spend this much on this theme.
We haven’t had any issue with the email.

The Visual Composer is included in theme. We include the latest version of the plugin each time we update the theme.
Please wait until the next theme update release. Or if you want to update it yourself then you must purchase the plugin.
I just did the update to 1.2.9 and Visual Composer 4.4.3 didn’t come with it. Is there an other theme release that I need to wait for? If so, how long?
The Visual Composer 4.4.3 is included in the latest theme version. To update the plugin:
Via FTP, delete respective folders from wp-content > plugins. Than go to Dashboard and you will see a message requiring to install plugins. Follow the onscreen instructions (to install the requested plugin) and you’re done! https://codeless.co/documentation/main.html#update_theme
The latest theme update has plugins updated as well. It includes the latest version of Visual Composer too. But you have to update the plugin too not just the theme. Please see our documentation on theme update to get a clearer view of the process.
