      Hi, please have a look at

      http://www.daniela-bartolme.de on your mobile, there are several issues that need fixing, especially slider, counter and the box down below. Could you please help me? My client is going nuts about this :(

      You got my login data and other credentials, I would be very grateful if you could fix this!

      Best regards

      Hello,

      Sorry for the late reply.
      I added this code into your homepage’s custom css box:

      @media (max-width: 480px){
      .slider#slider-fullwidth {
          min-height: 327px !important;
      }
      .section-style.parallax_section {
          background-position: 0 0 !important;
          background-attachment: fixed !important;
      }
      .wpb_content_element.button {
          margin-bottom: 20px !important;
      }
      .codeless_slider .swiper-slide .content h1 {
          margin-left: 37% !important;
      }
      .codeless_slider .swiper-slide .content h5 {
          margin-left: 22% !important;
      }
      }
      @media (max-width: 979px){
      .full-width-content .col > .wpb_column {
          width: 325px !important;
          margin: 31px !important;
      }
      }

      Hi,

      the screenshot doesn’t seem to work.

      I emptied all the cache directly in wordpress and in my chrome smartphone browser. I cannot see any difference with the slider, sorry. The movie still looks bad and the second slider’s typo is completely off. Only the box below the counter is ok.

      Thx, is WPBakery Visual Composer the same as the JS Composer?

      Hello,

      Yes, the js_composer is the name of the folder WP Bakery Visual Composer plugin creates in the wp-content/plugins folder of your wordpress installation.

      I updated it, thx for that- but the slider still looks bad. Nothing has changed. How is that possible?

      The second slider is just an image, in your demo everything seemed to be fine.

      As a compromise, would it be able to skip the video slider for mobile version, and just showing the second image slider?

      Hello,

      What happens to the custom css etc changes you have made? Will they all be gone?

    • 7 years, 5 months ago Mirela
      Participant

      Hello,

      All custom css added in the General Options > Custom Css box will be intact. The custom css is stored in the database and it does not get affected from any theme update. Only theme files are.
      However, do not worry as we will check it up again and fix whatever issues you have.

      Best regards!

      Hi, still looks bad, I updated it just now.

      I really need a solution here. Would it be possible to tell the slider to skip the video and just show the second image slider? With proper headline on it?

      Oh the update took out all of the CSS fixes as predicted!!

      http: //codeless.co/support/?topic=codeless-slider-problems

      I had to bringt back the old version because I couldn’t leave it like that.

      Do I really need to fix that everytime I update?? That would be a major problem!

      regards

      Hannah

      Hello,

      Sorry for the late reply.
      -I added some custom css into your Custom css box, please clear cache and refresh pages. It is not possible to show up only one slide of sliders in mobile.
      -If you do changes directly to theme files, then yes, in every update you will have to redo them.
      That’s because these changes are not part of theme’s default style but customizations made to fit your wish for the site you want to have.
      Another option is to use a child theme and make the changes into the child theme. Keeping parent theme intact so each update has little to no effect in your site.

      If you plan on changing a lot from original template, then the child theme is a great option.
      Let us know.

      Best regards!

      Slider still looks bad…  This is not good.

      https://ibb.co/dPt9R6

      https://ibb.co/eNhB66

      I am not planning to change anything,  these changes were neccesary unfortunately.

      The child Theme is of course installed and activated!

      So if i update the Theme, all the changes are gone again?

      Hi,

      thx but the videos ending is too fast, which was changed in the other one if you can remember. An the writing of the video slider is wrong on mobile.

      Please update my Slider Plugin as well as the Page Builder. Thx.

      And what about my problem with your CSS fixing, which vanish everytime I update although I installed the Child theme?

      Sorry to bother you agin, but I don’t mean the font style, there seems so be a problem with headline and subline on mobile. Please have a look on your phone. Both are stuck together.

      Hello,

      You can change the mobile layout of the slider in it’s options. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/oe3u6catx/
      Go to the desired slide, select mobile icon and start editing the slide. Save changes. Increase further the title’s line-height if you want (I already moved the first title up) Clear cache to see changes reflected sooner.

      Can you please be more specific on the updates? I already send you the link to download the latest WP Bakery plugin in the last reply.
      The included plugins have extended licenses. This means they can be used by any one purchasing our theme as long as they use the version included in theme folder. To use them, just install plugin from Plugins menu and activate again from the Plugins menu. This is enough to use the sliders normally. There is no need to activate it in the slider’s options.

      The only restriction of this type of licence is that you can not update it on your own terms.
      The rules of the marketplace don’t allow us to give the plugin activation code. You can use the existing version without any problem. We update frequently all theme plugins to their latest versions in almost every theme release or in case when an urgent update is needed. So they are always fully compatible with the current theme version.

      If you want to buy a license by yourself this is allowed, but we thought that this isn’t needed because the version included works perfectly.
      You are free to make the choice that best fits your needs.

      Best regards!

      Hi, I know that I can change that, but it still doesn’t work… in the backend, the two lines are showed seperate, but on mobile they are stuck to each other. That’s why I said, please have a look on your mobile…

      We already spoke about the update problem, I told you that by updating the theme, all the css etc fixing you did up to now, are suddenly gone! You told me to use the Child theme, which is already the case. So, what is the problem? I updated the theme, the fixes were gone, so I had to switch back to an old version of the theme! Please have a look above, we already talked about this…

      Thanks, worked.

      I will write down all the changes you made.

      On one more thing: How can I change the menu button on mobile view? The menu icon is grey and is sitting directly on the logo: https://ibb.co/iusotH

      Is it possible to adjust the logo to a smaller size in responsive mobile mode?

      Can I change the colour somehow?

    • 7 years, 4 months ago Mirela

      Hello,

      Yes, you can achieve this with custom css too. Add this code:

      @media (max-width: 480px){
      #logo { left: 11% !important;}
      .mobile_small_menu { color: white !important;}
      }

      Change the values to your wish.

      Best regards!

      Hello,

      Yes, in the Custom Css box. Place it at the very end of the current code. So you won’t mistakenly edit any other previous code. You can add as much code as you want here.
      Let us know for anything.

      Best regards!

      thx, it worked so far, but it still lies on the logo. I played a bit with the percentage value but somehow nothings happens? The menue shouldn’t be on top of the logo.

      And could you please tell me where to change the background just for the mobile background where the logo is sitting on currently?

      The logo doesnt look good. https://imgur.com/a/urrZj

      I already tried to change it but didn’t work.

      Thanks!
