  I need to set the Header Background color to Dark since my logo color is not matching the White color now.

  To change the header color of the page, please go to Customizer > Header > Main Header Row > BACKGROUND > Background Color (screenshot)

  You can change the menu font color in Customize > Header > Menu Style > MAIN MENU TYPOGRAPHY.
