top footer -wrong position

  The top footer has the wrong position and I cannot change it (see link)
  the part of the top footer is on the footer.

  no problem is not solved.
  I’ve just turned off this option (“Unique centred style widget”) in Customising ▸ Footer ->Top Footer Style
  Please check it, you can turn on this option

  The option mentioned is exactly for this purpose. To give the top footer row the centered style. You may see an example of it used here:
