  Please go to the product page options, scroll down to the Products > Product Data > Product Single Style. Change the style here. See a screenshot of it: https://postimg.org/image/d62k8vdad/

  Yes. Unless the style you want your product to have is the default one, you have to chose it for every product while creating them.
