Theme import hangs

  I am having trouble importing the sample files. It gets 3/4 of the way at “import template dummy content” and just hangs.
  
  I already adjusted the settings as recomended:
  max_execution_time: 300
  memory_limit: 128M
  post_max_size: 32M
  upload_max_filesize: 32M
