The icon is there, it just is in white color and that is why you do not see it. Please add this code into your Additional Css menu:

.header_container.cl-header-light .extra_tools_wrapper .tool i {
    color: rgba(243, 8, 8, 0.85) !important;
}

Change the color to your wish.
